  The staff in the Victoria Pharmacy are always so polite and helpful - there is always plenty of them around so there is rarely much of a queue/wait. The chemist was careful to check our child's prescription was correct since he had been prescribed a quantity equivalent to two courses of antibiotics. This was correct, but the quantity involved and the duration of the course was too long for the shelf life of the medicine - the pharmacist gave me half the prescribed amount (correctly) and a slip to collect a second bottle in a weeks time. This kind of diligence is exactly what a chemist should deliver and it is totally reassuring, since you put your child's (or your own) health in these people's hands. In addition they were very accommodating when I asked for a specific flavour. The shop is always tidy, well stocked and well lit, the door is automatic and there is a seating area for those that need it and there is a secret aladdin's cave through the side with baby accessories, nappies wipes etc and hot water bottles.
