- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wanted to register with this surgery as their opening hours are convenient to me. The receptionist with short pixie hair and glasses was incredibly rude and impatient not only to me but the patient before me and it put me off joining altogether. The surgery opens at 7am and I came in at 7.40am. The receptionist was snappy and exasperated and kept telling me I shouldn't be there this early as the phones were about to start ringing.
