- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I decided to use this pharmacy on Sunday afternoon for convenience of parking as I was feeling very unwell. I was verbally assaulted by an able bodied young man who thought was entitled to use all 3 parking spaces outside for his one car, and that this was ok as 'there were more places around the back that I could use'. Not really the point. The staff did nothing to help me, and he was allowed to get away with it on the basis they were his 'brothers'. As an independent woman with a hidden disability, I found his behaviour abhorrent and was shocked the pharmacy staff tolerated it. Might I suggest diversity training is required? Surely this facility is for all of the community, not just Asian brothers?by Kathryn MadaganAugust 24, 2017
