- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As a new customer I am HIGHLY disappointed. I will never use this company again. I ordered a pair of reading glasses and sunglasses. Two weeks later I was informed they had arrived. I turned up to find they had put the sunglasses lense in the reading glasses and then sunglasses had not even arrived. They waited until the sunglasses arrived a week later and sent both glasses off to be fixed together - assuring me this would mean they would then arrive together. Another two weeks later I was informed my glasses had arrived. I turned up, and only the reading glasses were ready. A week later I was provided with temporary sun glasses for my holiday (the reason I had ordered them - and was ASSURED I would receive them in time for). A further two weeks later I went to pick up my sunglasses only to find they had put in the wrong tint! As I did not want to wait any longer I told them not to bother correcting it again. I was also required to give back the other sun glasses. So 8 weeks to get a pair of sunglasses that were not what I had ordered.by Charlie LyonMarch 01, 2017
